The Arc of the Arts Studio & Gallery is a creative arts program offered by The Arc of the Capital Area which provides services for people with disabilities. The Arc of the Arts Studio & Gallery is a place where artists explore their own art process and learn new skills. The creative and compassionate staff and volunteers teach an original and fulfilling curriculum which helps the artists learn job skills, increase self-esteem and gain a strong sense of self-worth. The Arc of the Arts also teaches fine arts, basic music lessons, amateur movie making, animation, and much more. Students are encouraged to express themselves by using as many different types of mediums, instruments and technologies as possible.
