The past few weeks, the class has been learning about the program Photoshop. Photoshop is an industry standard for magazines, movie posters, advertisements, digital art, etc. Clients who were interested in learning about the program followed these steps:
1. Take a photo of something in the classroom
2. Decide how the image will be manipulated: color, background, and filters.
3. Find images online to replace background (if that was the decided path)
4. Save the image so it can be printed or used online.
Since Photoshop is such a vast program, the lessons took part one on one with a staff member. The artists made all the decisions about the work and executed a majority of the commands using the keyboard and mouse. Here are the student examples:
